Back Pain Lower Right Side

Memory foam is a popular choice because it conforms to the curves of your body. Choose a pillow designed to promote proper neck and spine alignment. A good sleeping position for those with back issues is on the side with a pillow tucked between the knees. There are other causes of low back pain on the right side also. Straining the area by lifting improperly or participating in sports may cause discomfort in this area.

Once the cause has been determined, treatment can be developed.
